Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, along with tags and proof of purchase. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
– Earrings
– Customized or engraved jewelry
– Items purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable”
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@vdelante.com or WhatsApp us 8483099083 with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo and Video of the item (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. VdeLante is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and Videos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vdelante.com.
