Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive confirmation via email and SMS from Vdelante. The confirmation email will include all relevant order details.

Return/Exchange Requests

Can I submit multiple return or exchange requests for one order within 7 days?
No, returns and exchanges are handled at the order level, not for individual products. Requests for separate items within the same order cannot be accommodated.

Modifying Shipping Address

Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing the order?
You can modify the shipping address only if your order has not yet been packed. To update the address, please contact our Customer Care team at nilkdm.enterprises@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 8483099083.

Order Delivery Timeline

When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours and typically reach you within 4-6 business days, depending on your location (India). (For international orders: Coming soon)

Undelivered Orders

What should I do if my order shows delivered but I haven't received it?
If your order status indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery notification via WhatsApp at +91 8483099083 or email at nilkdm.enterprises@gmail.com. We will provide proof of delivery within 48 hours of your complaint.

Kindly note that complaints raised after 48 hours of the delivery notification may not be entertained.

Shipping & Delivery

Do shipping charges vary based on order size or weight?
For deliveries within India, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applicable, regardless of the order's size or weight.

What delivery partners do you use?
We work with leading logistics providers like Shiprocket, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery, and DTDC for domestic shipments.

What if my package is tampered with or opened?
If your package appears tampered with or opened, kindly refuse delivery and inform our customer care team immediately via email at nilkdm.enterprises@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8483099083. Please note that complaints made more than 24 hours after attempted delivery will not be entertained.

You can make payments using:

How can I redeem a coupon or gift card?
When finalizing your purchase, enter the discount or gift card code in the designated field, click Apply Code, and proceed with the instructions to complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases?
This feature is currently unavailable. It will be introduced soon—stay tuned for updates!

Cancellation Policy

What is cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled until they are packed at our warehouse, including those placed during sales. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. For orders already packed, reach out to Customer Care for further assistance.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact Customer Care via nilkdm.enterprises@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8483099083. Note that cancellation requests must be made before the order is packed.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the source account within 5-7 business days.
