At VdeLante, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how our return and refund process works:
1. Return Window
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@vdelante.com with your order number, photos of the item (clearly showing its condition), and a short explanation for the return.
- Once we review your request, we’ll send you return instructions (including where to send the package and a return label, if applicable).
- Do not send the item back before getting confirmation from us — returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Shipping for Returns
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service so you can monitor the shipment back to us.
- Keep your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent without tracking.
5. Inspection & Approval
- When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
- If the item passes inspection (i.e., it meets the conditions above), we’ll approve your return.
6. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- The refund will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days of our approval (actual “settlement” time may depend on your bank or payment service).
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized jewellery (engraved pieces, made-to-order designs).
- Items that are missing original tags, certificates, or packaging.
- Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please inform us within 2 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos or a short video that shows the issue.
- Once verified, we will either:
- Offer a full refund, or
- Provide a replacement, depending on stock availability.
9. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item (as per the return process) and place a new order for the replacement item.
- We don’t offer “direct swaps” unless the item is defective and we approve an exchange.
10. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
- To cancel, email us at support@vdelante.com with your order details.
- If cancellation is possible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed.
11. Changes to This Policy
- We may update or modify this policy from time to time.
- Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
- By placing an order after changes, you accept the updated policy.
