- During peak times (festivals, sale events), this may take a little longer.

- We use trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) for safe delivery.
- Depending on your location, you may have options for Standard Shipping or Express / Priority Shipping.
- For very fragile or high-value jewellery, we may use special packaging / insured shipping.

- Standard delivery (within the city / metro): 3-7 business days
- Regional or remote areas: 7-12 business days
- These are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link / AWB number via email or SMS.
- You can use this to track the movement of your parcel up to the point of delivery.
6. Failed or Incorrect Delivery
- Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address (including pin code, building, landmark, etc.).
- If a delivery is attempted but fails (wrong address, customer not available), the courier may return the package to us.
- In case of a return-to-sender delivery, re-delivery charges may apply based on courier policy.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If you receive a package that looks tampered, damaged, or opened, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately (within 48 hours).
- Share photos of the damaged packaging and item — we’ll help you with a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
