Returns

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a Return, please email us on : nilkdm.enterprises@gmail.com

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not suitable for you, we offer an exchange option. You can choose to replace the item with the same product or select another item from our store.

The exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate an exchange request, please email us on : nilkdm.enterprises@gmail.com. The time required for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Return Shipping

Returns will be picked up from the original delivery address only. If the 7-day return window has passed, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it came in. Any complimentary and gifts items received with the order must also be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse. The process will take up to 7 days from the date the return is delivered to us. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp when your return is received and verified.

If eligible, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we will require your bank account details to process the refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for payments made via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that shipping charges and COD fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include an unboxing video of the product.

  • Requests for defective or incorrect orders must be raised request via email. Include clear images and a video showing the original tags and packaging intact.

  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is mandatory for processing any return requests. Claims may be denied if evidence is incomplete or if there are visible signs of tampering with the package.

Additional Terms

  • Complaints made after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.

  • Returns and exchanges are handled at the order level, not per individual product.

  • In cases where multiple items are returned but one or more products are missing during the pick-up process, the company reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product(s) from the refund amount, including promotional items or gifts.

  • Reverse pick-ups require your availability. If the delivery partner cannot reach you or calls are unanswered, the process may be canceled and need to be re-initiated, resulting in delays.

  • While most locations allow both forward and reverse logistics, some pin codes may only allow delivery but not return pick-ups. In such cases, customers will need to return the product via India Post or another courier service, and we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (up to ₹80). Any additional charges beyond ₹80 will be adjusted against the refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse, and ₹80 will be reimbursed with the refund.

  • Individual jewelry pieces from combos or gift sets cannot be returned or replaced.

  • Items purchased during promotions, contests, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
